Ambassadors, trade delegations and representatives from various countries and ministries are confirmed to be present to meet and support the companies representing their countries at the event.
Shenzhen (China) International Small Motor, Electric Machinery & Magnetic Materials Exhibition (Motor & Magnetic Expo for short) was firstly held in 2003. After 16 years’ accumulation and development, it has become a brand exhibition in motor industry. The 17th session will be held at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on May 8-10, 2019. The exhibition will gather around 360 domestic and overseas well-know enterprises and cover an area of 15,000 square meters. There are five exhibition areas, including electric motor, magnetic materials, Military and Civilian Integration, powder metallurgy and cemented carbide.
Motor & Magnetic Expo 2018 covered an area of 15,000 square meters with 360 exhibitors join in. Famous domestic and overseas exhibitors and buyers were from 20 countries and regions, such as China, Thailand, Italy, India, Japan, the United States, Germany, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.
Indian leaders expressed a goal that the bilateral trade with Africa would soon reach USD 150 billion hopefully within the next five years, from the current value of USD 52 billion. Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Mr. C R Chaudhary said that the current level of trade is increasingly seen as well below the potential especially when viewed in perspective of the opportunities available. He urged the African countries to properly utilize the Duty-Free Tariff Preference (DFTP) scheme to help boost trade between the two regions. The scheme allows the import of almost all products from least developed countries (LDCs) to India attracting lower or zero duties. "I am confident that India-Africa bilateral trade can touch USD 150 billion in the next five years.
